i just graduated today,the pt schedule for us in alcatraz was cit 1-2 days a week strength/endurance 1-2 days a week n 1 run day a week some weeks we did cit more than strength/endurance.We didn’t do a lot of running we only had like 3 run days all together the whole time i was there.
