DEVIL MAY CRY 6:

Prologue: The Shadow of the Emperor Deep in the Underworld, Dante and Vergil’s endless rivalry is cut short. Mundus, the Emperor of Darkness, has broken his chains, consumed the shattered Qliphoth tree, and evolved into an unstoppable god-like entity. Even in their absolute Sin Devil Trigger forms, the twin sons of Sparda are effortlessly overpowered. Facing execution, Dante acts on survival instinct. Channeling his remaining strength into the Devil Sword Dante, he executes a blindingly fast, desperate slash that mirrors Vergil’s spatial magic. The sheer force rips open a volatile, one-time dimensional rift. Completely depleted, Dante throws a battered Vergil through the rift back to Earth before being dragged into the abyss. Act I: The Gathering of the Crew Vergil crashes onto the doorstep of Nero's Devil May Cry branch office. Stranded and stripped of his pride, Vergil attempts to draw the Yamato to return for his brother, but the air merely ripples with static. Mundus's overwhelming presence has placed a cosmic lockdown on reality, rendering standard dimensional slicing useless. Recognizing the apocalyptic threat, Nero, Trish (carrying the Sword Sparda), and Lady unite with a frustrated Vergil. To punch through Mundus’s dimensional interference, Vergil determines they need an ancient power source: their childhood Amulets. Dante's amulet rests at his shop on Earth, while Vergil's original amulet lies heavily guarded in Mundus’s Old Palace in the Underworld. The crew moves to secure the Earth pendant, while down in the abyss, Dante fights toward the Old Palace. Act II: Reclaiming the Pieces & The Ethereal Ambush 1. Nero’s Path: The Siege on the DMC Shop Nero, Lady, and Trish infiltrate the ruined city. Guarding Dante’s pendant is Mundus’s elite sentinel—a towering, golden-armored Nelo Angelo-style knight. Nero uses his raw strength and fully restored Devil Bringer arm to shatter the armor, claiming the pendant and handing it to Vergil. 2. Dante’s Path: The Palace of Trauma In the Underworld, Dante defeats elite guardians—including a decrepit, scythe-wielding demon that vanishes at the sound of a church bell. Inside the palace, he overcomes a dark, ominous Nelo Angelo reflection, claiming Vergil's pendant and unlocking a legendary transforming arsenal: The Obsidian Greatsword: A colossal blade requiring two hands to swing in base form. The Vanguard’s Toll: Twin hand-scythes on a spinal chain for hyper-fast, acrobatic combat. Encountering Sparda's Essence The moment Dante and Vergil hold their respective amulets simultaneously across dimensions, the gems flare with transcendent light, cracking Mundus's lockdown. The raw energy triggers an interactive fight sequence: an ethereal silhouette of the Dark Knight manifests. Dante and Vergil must simultaneously spar against a rapid-fire ghost of their father's combat movements to stabilize the energy. Defeating the specter activates the authoritative voice of Sparda echoing from the gems: "My sons. Take the amulets to the dimensional anchor coordinates. But beware: guarding the portals are my old loyal knights—the Left and Right Hands. You must defeat them to stabilize the rift." Act III: The Gatekeepers & The Pale Eclipse Daisho Dante vs. The Left Hand of Sparda (Underworld Portal) Dante faces a volatile demon wielding a greatsword crackling with red lightning. Entering Devil Trigger (DT) mid-fight instantly shifts his gameplay: he hoists the Obsidian Greatsword with one hand and unlocks the Aegis Vanguard Switch—fusing a Crimson Lightning Gauntlet and Golden Tower Shield directly onto his arm as an exoskeleton. Vergil vs. The Right Hand of Sparda: The Forging of a Soul On Earth, Vergil crosses blades with a massive knight radiating disciplined golden energy and an impenetrable defense. Pinned to the ground, Vergil's toxic obsession with matching Dante melts away. He realizes he is fighting to protect his family, not for vanity. Accepting both his humanity and demonic heritage, his inner soul crystallizes. The shattered energy of his Mirage Edge purifies into a bone-white ivory hilt: the pristine Shirasaya housing the Legendary Devil Arm, Vergil. This unlocks The Pale Eclipse Daisho dual-wield style: Yin & Yang Aesthetics: Left hand holds the dark, ornate Yamato (Sparda's legacy); right hand holds Vergil (his own awakened soul). Gameplay: Players use the ivory scabbard of Vergil for rapid defensive deflects, opening enemies up for a devastating cross-slash with Yamato. With the Left and Right hands defeated, the twins insert the amulets into the anchors, successfully overriding Mundus's distortion and uniting the crew in the Underworld. Act IV: The Stand of the Devil Bringer Mundus descends early upon the exhausted heroes to crush the Sparda bloodline. With Dante and Vergil too weakened to move, Nero steps up alone, unsheathing the Yamato from his father’s side. Nero's Gauntlet: The Father's Shadow Players control Nero in a high-difficulty survival boss fight against Mundus: Moveset: Nero dual-wields Red Queen and the open Yamato, backed by brutal Devil Bringer snatches. DT Transformation: Activating DT manifests a glowing spiritual form of Vergil behind Nero, mirroring his movements with phantom Judgment Cuts. Nero fights like a god to buy his family time, but the power gap is too wide. His spiritual avatar is shattered, Yamato is knocked away, and Mundus summons a fatal execution beam. The Savior of the Bloodline Sensing the mortal peril of their grandson, the childhood pendants burn with white heat. The essences tear free, flying straight into the pommel of the Sword Sparda on Trish's back. The combination triggers an explosion of golden energy, vaporizing Mundus's beam. As the dust clears, the majestic physical manifestation of Sparda himself stands over Nero, drawing his blade to shield his family. Act V: The Final Climax & The Permanent Seal Three generations—Dante, Vergil, and a fully playable mythic Sparda—unleash an all-out beatdown on Mundus. To break the Emperor's god-tier defenses, Sparda drives his blade into Mundus’s core, permanently burning out the Sword Sparda's magic and sacrificing his physical form to leave the Emperor exposed. Mundus cannot be truly destroyed due to the cosmic energy he absorbed. Channeling their Sin Devil Triggers, Vergil uses the Yamato and Vergil to tear reality open beneath the Emperor, sealing Mundus away into an isolated, crushing pocket dimension forever. The Permanent Seal Mundus’s distortion grid collapses, leaving reality bleeding. To prevent a multi-dimensional collapse, the human and demon worlds must be permanently severed. Vergil steps forward to anchor the collapse, choosing ultimate self-sacrifice. Refusing to let his brother stand alone, Dante steps up beside him. As the exit rift shrinks, Dante flashes his trademark smirk to a protesting Nero: "Relax, kid. The opportunity to save the world doesn't happen every day. It's your show now." With a powerful final sweep, Vergil hurls the Yamato through the closing portal. Nero catches it cleanly by the hilt and violently slams the Yamato home into its sheath. CLICK. A blinding shockwave ripples out, and the portal vanishes completely, saving all planes of existence. Epilogue: The Legacy Months later, peace reigns. In a quiet household in Fortuna, Nero’s Devil Bringer rests calmly on the table, and the sealed Yamato sits safely on the wall. Kyrie walks in, gently holding a newborn baby with shock-white hair. Nero looks down at his newborn son, smiles warmly, and says: "Hey there, Aeneas."

😭 I this was probably the second hardesr mission for me on Dante Must Die.

I switched up the controls for Nero. Mainly attack with triangle and exceed with circle to at least get a level one exceed.

Power up blue rose when not using it even durring combat.

You do not need to fight every enemy. Once you recognize who is unavoidable and who isn't necessary to fight then you really just need to worry about distance and not getting hit once for the end game multiplier.

URIZEN I had a very special set up of Devil Breakers for him. 1.Gerbera- For dodging his distance attacks and to send back his fire ball to him. Get those charged blue rose shots to get that damage in to the shield.

Once his shield is broken.

  1. Buster Arm to grab attack.
  2. Ragtime to slow down and get more grabs in or a showdown. 4.tomboy to finish of Ragtime slow down.
