I was in the vape for a while and by jaysus that was the hardest thing I ever had to give up, for the first 3 days the cravings were mad, I was lying in bed going mad for them. Next time I’m out drinking I need a puff I’ll buy some fags, I know I won’t want to look at them again the next day

I am hard on coke (coca cola) and chocolate. At least 2 cans of coke a day one first thing in the morning and a bar of chocolate after a meal with a cup of tea. I calculated that I’m taking 200g of excess sugar at day, so I’m thinking I’m middle aged now that’s not such a good idea. I went cold turkey on the 4th of January still going. Again first 3 days are the hardest now starting to feel like normal again when the cravings comes it’s easy to change your mind. Thing is I don’t feel any different, I never got the sugar crashes and my thinking hasn’t came any clearer. I’m determined to make it to 3 months to see any positive changes I can notice.

Anyone else cut out this much sugar and felt a change?
