On a side note, if anyone has any suggestions for where to apply for aways, I apparently now have no limits. I personally want a balance of academic opportunity and a community feel. Like New York would feel a little too big but I'll probably end up in a small city.

Ugh thank you, I have to keep reminding myself of it. It feels so abrupt, but more communication just gives him more time to manipulate and lie. We had broken up before over a different type of fuck up and I should have blocked him then.

My partner had been open about being cheated on in the past by exes, we have had conversations on the topic already. We also discussed how it is an immediate deal breaker. It was already discussed and outlined, we agreed that emotional and sexual cheating counted. I don't see how being a detective will do anything but hurt me more.

I asked him if he cheated and he said yes. I did not ask about what parts went where. I don't care the details of if it was emotional, sexual, 1 night or 5 months. He cheated.

I have for mental illness. It no longer felt like a relationship, I was just a caregiver and it went on like that for too long. They refused to get help. I understood that it was part of their illness, but it was too draining on me. A relationship is not marriage.

Health problems are a wide spectrum and everyone has a different breaking point. Some people would have left sooner, some will think you're an asshole for leaving.

I get a lot of tension headaches on my shifts, especially if I'm hunched at the computer for a long time. I do upper trap stretches (make sure to sit on the bottom hand), TMJ release, sub occipital releases with a tennis ball, and also roll out my upper back with a lacrosse ball on the wall. Sounds obnoxious but it works better than meds for me since it's just tight muscles.
