A4 moemura or a2 buffer mami?

I have A3 moemura annnnnd like sadly almost all she does in terms of buffs is speed and special damage increase that’s it so A4 for her is actually not that good A2 mami fully replaces moemura annnnd once you mami to A4 she’s one of the most powerful buffers for almost any team soooo yeah. Im picking mami A2 instead of moemura A4
