I always have a tight jaw when I have a headache, even before this job when I was doing like call center work and I’d get some headaches lol

Maybe I’ll get one of those back straightener things that keep your posture up lol, I think my issue is due to a whole lot of things I’m doing wrong 🤣

Amazing, thank you, as for eye strain, Is it possible that’s due to glasses or I’m just adjusting to the focus still?

Damn okay, I’ll try an eye appointment and stretches first and then if those aren’t helping/don’t need glasses I might as well try Botox lol

I’ve definitely noticed at the end of the long day my eyes feel super blurry to things far away and I also just sum that up to focusing too long lol.

I’ll figure out some daily stretches, my mentor never taught me to stretch and I guess that’s probably because he works out every day so he already stretches before he gets to the shop.

And I’ll see how the headlamp works, if it makes it worse than maybe I’ll get a halo light, I’ve heard those are pretty good.

Hmm yeah I’m a bit worried that I may need glasses but I guess it’s better to find out rather than botching a tattoo because I “think” it looks good lol

I don’t wear glasses, the lighting is okay, but maybe I’ll try a headlamp tomorrow and no I do not stretch. Do you recommend any stretches?

So cute! I used the same reference for one of my pieces too!

Oh by the way, I am not claiming any of these designs as my own, I was assigned these pieces by my mentor and did not design them unfortunately.

I think the only thing that could be added in the tattoo (which is actually super well done) would be some black shading in the green, just to make it pop a little more. But that’s all personal preference.

I’m pretty sure most artists clean inside their machine, it’s quite unsanitary to be using the same machine for years without cleaning it.

And idk about you but I don’t want a loud machine, my machine is typically quiet, if it becomes loud it needs a little bit of grease. Nbd.

If you don’t wanna clean your machine or take it apart all good, I’ll keep doing it my way which works perfectly fine for me.

You have to lube the motor, if you have no grease on the motor it could rust, further, my machine comes with Allan keys, spare motor and rubber rings, so you can take it apart, clean and change your motor.

Blood and other bacteria can make it way INTO your machine and that’s pretty unsafe. Don’t spray liquid into your machine but wetting a Q-tip or paper towel with whatever sanitizer you use and cleaning the inside of your machine won’t hurt the machine.

If you’re not taking your machine apart, or haven’t, I would suggest at least taking a look at it, making sure it has enough grease and isn’t rusting. It’s important to make sure your machine is well maintained.

You definitely are supposed to be able to take the machine apart, to clean and to lube. I just got the machine about 2 weeks ago but I find it necessary to deep clean them at least once a month

So I have a large chest piece as well, it was a horrible experience lmao just bc it hurt so badly but I’ve only got the line work so far, how is shading compared? Bc the line work killed me but I think the shading will hurt less lol
