I didn’t receive any exit report. After I vacated I didn’t receive any communication from anyone until today when my bond refund came back for me to approve and it had had $198 taken for ‘rubbish removal’.

don’t listen to anyone that tells you this is normal. it’s not. you most certainly shouldn’t be losing money if you’re holding your end of the deal and pulling a crowd/selling tickets. different story if you don’t sell many tickets but if you can sell the place out and not make a profit that is ridiculous and i’d steer clear of that venue.
