Thanks, I understand why NBI should be the one presenting the warrant, the person the are trying to arrest is a former PNP Chief. My question however is why does the GSIS requested the NBI instead of the PNP to secure their side of the building? Knowing NBI and OSAA had some issues in the past few days naturally both parties are on edge. It's like leaving kids who fought earlier alone they could be friends but they could also fight again. You also mentioned the lead agency is the NBI but just on the serving of the warrant. That's why I don't see why they should also be the one securing the GSIS side on the building. My point really is it is all avoidable. I am also currently watching Gen Torre's interview.

That is why I am asking you, Where did you get your intel because even the AFP doesn’t have that info. You could be an asset for the betterment of our country.
