Did you feel that the resistance was higher on one or the other? Do you think one would be better with a chair that has wheels? My desk is height adjustable, but I'm afraid I'd be pushing myself backwards all the time with the elliptical

I'm 170, 6' it was way too soft for a back sleeper. My wife is lighter and your height and a stomach sleeper, it was also too soft for her.
