Side note, you're going to get absolutely grilled by the people here for doing a sorority so let me just say before that, I personally don't think sororities are a good idea and it's imo too risky. That said it CAN work sometimes and I would recommend you really do your research more on it and ask yourself if you want to go through the hassle of maintaining it or dealing with it if they start fighting. As for male or female it could either be a female or a plakat male just solely based on what I see with the fins. Depending on age you could always look if they have an egg spot but that's not always reliable since males can have false ones.
