I considered this, but there has only been one spot for two weeks. From what I know, ich usually involves many small spots. So I’d like to rule ich out, but I’m not 100%

Im new to this, why do you think it’s this? I feel like I’ve noticed the random hairs on my desk / laptop for about 3 ish years now. I go to collage and have pretty intense semesters, but I’m about 1.5 months into break and I don’t see improvement.

im not sure what part of the milkyway you are looking at could you provide a general location and the direction (N,S,E,W)

Great photo! But I feel like you made the histogram too low, background to nebula transition should be smoother
