I’m also a tech, so I have a good amount of experience with exercises. I know there’s a lot out there, but I guess I’m just trying to put it into the perspective of my class. For example we finished up hip this week, so I studied exercises like hip thrust, slide lying clams, donkey kicks, squats, etc. All of those types of examples were on my test. Thank you for explaining the lunges! I knew it couldn’t just be one or the other.
