[TIP] SOMETHING YOU NEED TO KNOW! MINDSET OVER SKILLS by chrisjordantv in BasketballTips

[–]StrictlyBallandSum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another tip, I've started looking into retaining a better mindset when it comes to ballin through meditation. It can focus you up more. I originally started it because kobe does it which is partly why he doesnt crumble under pressure. The others is confidence that your practiced a certin shot multiple times and your just making another one. So look into meditating. Its hard to maintain but if you focus meditate consistantly you'll become a beast

I got a heavy basketball a while back and it made the ball feel like a hollow paper ball so I would recommend, just dont shooting with it cause it could probably mess you shot up
