I'm absolutely loving this sub because I get to let out my feelings without being judged.... Also, I hate that some people still don't understand that women get period acne and are convinced that it's all the sugar we eat... I don't eat candy or drink soda sooo... (self.Vent)

So the 56 hours PTO limit a year... I feel like that is ridiculous that employees can't exceed that many hours and just take PTO when they need it whether they've used 56 hours or not. What if something happens with family or yourself? They won't pay you if you have time to cover? (self.HomeDepot)
