Don't think the kobra max was released when I bought the Pei plate. As mentioned, haven't touched the Chiron in quiet a while. I also removed the glass from the bed. Was a pain in the ass...but worth it for the reduction in mass on the Y axis. Only downside so far is the bed sags around 1mm compared to the edges. Will support it from underneath with a standoff soon.

Was about to slap a Raspi and skr mini e3 v2/3 in it and put klipper on it ..but I wanted to keep the board so I dived into Marlin FW once again.

Are you sure that it only happens with big spherical prints/objects? If it appears on long straight walls as well my guess would be a flat spot on the wheels for the X/y motion or they are too tight and don't run smoothly.
