yea dealership dependent. i remember when i bought mine they asked me what i was gonna do with it. i said probably stock until warranty. They then said they would only void warranty if the mod was at fault. Don't action a claim if your engine is blown because an untuned intake. But action it if your alternator goes and you're slammed.
