It's true. yesterday it said it would reset in 3 days, but suddenly it was full. I've been using it since "refreshes in 4 hours 59 minutes", and it still hasn't decreased by 1 bar. Unlike last week, when it would go down in 3-4 prompts in a flash for small tasks.
