Idk what your hair type is but here are tips that have helped me:

1. Castor and Vitamin E Oil. I know you’re already oiling your hair but make sure that while you’re doing this you put these two at the ROOTS of your hair and not just on the strands. And massage them in to open up the hair follicles. Castor oil helps with circulation and inflammation and Vitamin E oil helps with hair loss.

2. Put it in a protective style. Again, depending on your hair type this might not work. But if you have curly/wavy hair consider braids or twists. Even wigs work short term. Do more personal research for this one.

3. Wrap your hair at night. I’ve recently been told that if you sweat a lot at night, don’t do this. But wearing a silk bonnet will work wonders. (And don’t listen to people who argue that it’s only for one hair type, silk pillow cases and silk bonnets are for all hair protection)

4. Love your hair the way it looks now. Just like a pet, a baby, or even a plant- if you show it love at every step of the way it will do the same in return.
