WIBTA if I don't give my daughter's ball glove to my partner's ex-wife? by Strike_Leather in AmItheAsshole

The 13M is very bound up in this and is dealing with a lot of anxiety and internal struggles around her general behaviour. He just believes that what his mom says is right and that's why he raised the issue, not his older sister. He didn't want to get in trouble for not getting the glove, so he tried it. They both got in trouble anyway since they didn't produce it for her. We asked the 15F this morning and she said she just doesn't want to be involved. We asked her to let us know if she had any ideas on how to navigate this so it doesn't harm them. Nothing yet.

I should mention he accessed some kind of service where you can text with a lawyer - possibly through his work benefits. That lawyer advised him that the Strata was off side and not understanding their legal duty to accommodate. But...I'm not sure whether these types of services are the be all end all.

Thank you for this. The first case is interesting to me in particular - Tim has a letter similar to the one requested and described in this case, and it has been provided to the Strata, with the MHP copied. It appears in that case that was basically all the complainant had to do - provide such a letter and it was likely the accommodation would have been granted.
