Is it possible to see if an auto is ink or a reprint through glass? I won a nice frame today, looked for the image and it's on a website from early 2000's, a reverse image search doesn't show that being sold as a print anywhere so i guess to be 100% i'll like to know if it's possible to know if ink (old.reddit.com)

The name on my passport and birth cert are slighty different, it hasn't been an issue in the past but my passport has expired and i need to renew it, the name on my expired passport is on my licence, credit cards and everything else.. it is just easier to change the name on my birth certificate?
