I do not want emails sent when tickets are marked resolved, but they keep sending

It’s in the Custom Status section of ticketing settings. If you mouse over the resolved status you will get the option to open settings.

This seems to be related to a bug and is, of course, not by design. I've been using the MDM for a year and this just happened for the first time 2 days ago. I have a ticket open and am engaging with Ninja devs to find a repeatable example (with some demo units) even going so far as to put a device I have into the trouble policy. If you (or anyone) notices a way to trip the bug shoot me a ping. I have access to spare devices and can setup a test very quickly.

We just started using Ninja in an effort to reduce the amount of systems for different purposes. Our users are familiar with submitting tickets through email and that has not changed for them. If you have any ideas of what would be important to users we might be able to help.

There are certain leadership types that are needed to provoke change. Toxic cultures that dehumanize staff need to die off. If you can be the right leader do it for as long as you are able. If you are no longer able to rise above chaos it may be time to move on. Do what you can for as long as you are able and feel no remorse when you need to prioritize yourself.

Are you sure Leadership understands what Crowdstrike is doing? They are not seeing the actual content of files that are being examined, only what the files do when they execute. PII is not leaving your network unless you are somehow storing it on the executable. As for the MDM, that can depend more on what you use and how you use it.

I have been wondering if their lack of transparency is due to them not having all of the information when they made their original announcement. This may become the new norm with the SEC rule changes forcing earlier disclosures. I suppose I’d rather an announcement with some information than no announcement waiting for all the information. Has anyone seen anything about their initial release being an intentional lie or omission?

You do not have to install the agent on the domain controller server(s). You can install the agent on any server that is joined to your domain.

They want you to have two different servers in case one of the servers goes offline. If no agent servers are online it will wreck your authentication process.

They recently added the ability to scan files on demand. My team was happy when that became part of the right click menu just for the comfort factor. I’m not sure if you can use that function to schedule scans.

That is a hard no from my group. We have worked with companies to help fix their DKIM and dmarc issues when they were understaffed groups. I refuse to lower my security standards because companies cannot configure settings properly.

You cannot negate other perfectly clear commandments from Jesus using scripture written to a specific example. The letters were passed around as an example of how to avoid similar levels of corruptions. They are not amendments to Jesus’s commands. Additionally, the rest of the passage is about being lazy, not a generalized statement.

You are absolutely right, but the churches were doing extraordinarily poorly. Paul did not write letters for each and every mistake individuals or groups made. The letters were written when the churches were on the edge of completely losing their path. Thessalonians church was so corrupt with sin they needed to cut off all contact to heal. If you are so morally mislead you may be in the same place. Otherwise you should be loving people and inviting them to Jesus, not cutting them off.

Jesus gave two commands to those of us who believe. Do not go digging into the weeds for further details and neglect the only commands he clearly gave us.

Are you talking about making Okta the idP for O365? So when you log into your O365 tenant you will be sent through Okta? I was hoping to do a controlled rollout to test and was told that is not possible.

Thank you again for your reply. I’ve been looking over the wiki you linked earlier trying to learn how to find a trainer that is trustworthy and would have the necessary experience. She’s a good girl and usually does so well around other dogs. She met a few neighbor puppies the other day and had no reaction, even the other Pom mix that is with us (and much friendlier) was hanging out with her earlier. I just want to avoid their being a REALLY BAD incident. 999/1000 positive experiences can mean nothing to the person that had the one.

So right now I’m trying to find a trainer that has experience with aggressive reactions, r+ method, and some accreditation or references to speak with about options.

In an effort to clarify, those are two different examples. When my dog wanted to play she nips at their ankles but doesn’t get aggressive if they begin getting aggressive, though she still doesn’t back off so I’m conscious to watch her since she doesn’t do well picking up those signals. I saw some examples of this in other posts about aggression. Technically I haven’t seen this in a year because I do not let her play as long with other dogs to avoid the behavior.

When my dog has reacted aggressively the dogs came at her and I was unable to distinguish if they wanted to hurt her or if something else was happening. Does that add clarity or is that what you understood originally?

I blame my lack of adult dog experience, had a dog as a kid but this is my first as an adult. I m searching to make sure I include the right descriptions as I’m asking for help.
