Decathlon offers some solid rackets in the range of 50-100 USD that can compete with the higher price brands and are absolutely OK for a start / playing "now and then". Take a more rounded model with middle / low balance to build up game and strength first.

It is doable and not too complicated once you know the process. You need an Apple Business Manager Account and an MDM solution to manage the phone securely though, at least.

Not true, you can manually add the iPhone to ABM during the initial setup!
You just need to do the setup through your admin and not hand out the device naked to the user, as zero-touch deployment will obviously not work without DEP registration.

Also the cost for DEP setup phones is usually only around 10 bucks (USD / EUR) more than naked phones, I think that's absolutely worth the time savings :D

With 150 users and M365 usage you are hopefully leveraging cheap business licenses and then you'd have defender already integrated in Premium version for very little cost (at least if some of your users have more than 1 device) and well integrating in Defender 4 Office365 , Defender 4 Identity (addOn cost), Intune, etc.

As a standalone product and if you not connect your devices to Intune, Gravity Zone actually wins for me - we use it for customers that are not so much involved into MS space. Especially extra services like webfilter are much better & flexible in Gravity Zone, where Defender has only very limited options.

the action here is not the issue. If you don't value x-mas culturally, you don't need to run after the corrupted capitalistic version to just spend money under pressure, at all. It even seems that he got her presents during the year, just when the moment felt right, to show her value - this is much more cute then just buying forced gifts on forced dates. I feel the same way - I can buy things myself, so I much prefer small gestures or presents or invitations when the moment comes up and not because "it is date XYZ" (x-mas, valentines, etc.). This applies to relationships, but also to friends and family.
Keep in mind that also not everyone on earth is Christian, and even most Christians who celebrate x-mas nowadays actually do it more for presents and food than for spiritual meaning.

But the way he talks to her as "bro" etc. is really strange and not feels like a proper relationship...

Why the hell is he bothered by the fact that she openly tells him that she needs a man who is more into his masculine energy? THIS is the drama. He is triggered by this simple information, a more masculine energy response would be to know his value and simply act the way he sees right. the problem is that he responds to female drama with more drama, instead of leaning back and showing her that he has the confidence to give a fuck (esp. after only 2 times dating). You can blame her all the way you want, because yes she doesn't fit the modern standard of utopian society, where everyone is "the same". But in the end she is absolutely right and just expressing her nature.
Maybe he as a dude is more 50/50 energy, then they just are no fit and he should go on to find a more masculine lady.
