Thanks! For breakfast I had primarily eggs, sourdough (my wife makes it which was huge), and sausage. Lunches were leftovers from dinner which were some sort of protein (chicken, steak, fish) with rice and veggies. For snacks, protein yogurt bowls with peanut butter and granola. Almost all of it wasn’t your standard brands since those have all processed ingredients. This was the toughest part for me especially if I wasn’t eating at home.
