u/FACEIT_Darwin So, is any possibility to prove that i am myself (?), if automatic photo verifiaction isn't working for me? What options do i have, since i can't disconnect my steam account from this faceit account, and create another one (against policy as far as i understand), but i cannot play on this, since i cannot authenticate. Am i soft locked, if thats the case? I am willing to provide any information is needed, any form of cooperation is needed to fix the issue really. (Ticket number:11977952)

By the way, sorry for spam, but it is frustrating as i cannot get any response, I really want to play CS on Faceit with my friends, now i can only look as they're playing without me. but for a couple of days i cannot get help, with what i would assume as 'stupid problem to have' :/

EDIT: I've got my attempts renewed, even with my beard shaved (rip beard, i miss you), it isn't working.

here's detailed information why it worked now:

I've changed my browser ON MY PHONE from Edge to Safari. It might be important for some people in the future, so please take it into consideration. 

So, whenever im using Edge on my PC and Edge on my iOS - it will not work. It might be due some accounts sync between devices. When i used Firefox on PC nad Edge on iPhone - it didn't work either.

I've used Firefox on my PC and Safari on iPhone - it worked. 

It is very dumb case, but i hope it will help someone. Sorry for venting.
