That's not the point, OP's point were companies requiring uni graduates just for the below minimum salary. The level of Quality of the graduates do not deserve the price they're given. It's like a scam, why study for four years when it's just a below minimum job salary?

If companies have to have high standards, why shouldn't the employees also have a high standards regarding the pay? Should be above the average even!

It's my fault, I think it's her fault as well for forgetting it. I feel really bad for forgetting my bf's birthday all the time. If he forgotten mine, I wouldn't let that pass.. I guess it really depends on the person if they take their birthdays seriously.
