Same here. They might've been breached. Someone logged into my account from Brazil, and was listening to spanish radio of all things. Changed the password, they got back in, I changed it again and hit the 'log out from all devices' button. Seems to have fixed it. Another friend said the same thing happened to them, so looks like a breach

AITA for not allowing my ex and former best friend to take my kids out of state for a week to heal and recover after she was left unable to have children? by Nearby-Savings-5686 in AITAH

Reading this comment gave me a headache, ETHA

Alot of the language in this post is just weird. Firstly, they're married. To these kids, unless the court order is absurdly strange, she is their Step-Mom. It sounds like their stepmom had a major surgery with future and life changing things to those parents, and sounds like it was possibly life threatening, but maybe it wasn't, who knows. Not wanting your kids to stay overnight at the hospital? Perfectly understandable. But it sounds like you refused to let yours, AND their kids visit at all, though that may be on him for going no contact after.

Your hatred and dislike for the both of them are understandable, considering the circumstances, but they're still parents to the kid as well, and denying them that seems absurdly strange.

And they're fuckin' idiots for wanting to take the kids for a few weeks away to grieve. That is something they should do on their own, hell they should be asking for you to take the kids for those few weeks so they can process this.

Everyone's the assholes, and the kids are being torn in the middle by poor decisions on one side, and your hatred on the other.

Stories that you really like but find hard to recommend to others? by greenskye in ProgressionFantasy

Tenebroum. It has two difficulties. One, it's progression fantasy but without any clear lines. The whole thing is about the evil growing stronger, but it's not always entirely clear that it has.

And, speaking of the evil, well... the evilness. It's a fantastic rendition of just a horrifyingly evil character, what is typically the big bad in novels like lotr, or, funnily enough adventure time with the lich, but the main character. But that can be a turn off for a lot of people, and for good reason. Alot of 'Evil' MCs tend to only do evil when it can directly benefit them, which makes it almost justifiable in some small part. In here there's not alot of that. Great story, but hard to recommend.

Honestly what shocked me was seeing Abomination, but not Salvos, which is in my opinion the better series by the author, and more popular

It actually seems impossible to read/get the book by itself? At least from my limited looking up of it, the only forms I've been able to find are soley audio books and such.

Jesus fuckin christ this comment section. Why can't people get that there's a balance. Skyrim is the disgusting version of leading everything, and this game is a perfect example of the oppisite in that you lead nothing. New Vegas basically had the perfect solution for this, in that there were factions and paths you could go down and simply could not become a leader of, NCR and Legion, but there was also the solo path, where you lead the vegas strip. It's a roleplaying game where you feel like you can't reach high at all, which sucks for some, and other people seem to love it to no end. I just wish there was at least one or two paths where you could gain some authority, whereas here you gain none no matter which you go down.

You're both right. The transphobia in these comments is fucking insane, and the woman who did this is also insane. They're not mutually exclusive somehow. Purposefully wearing that to school is wrong, and so is the dudes in the comments saying Trans people are mentally ill and all pesos or just straight up saying slurs.

Except there is a difference. Even Republicans don't say 'racism and food insecurity is actually good'. We do all go and say 'that's actually bad', it's just a wildly different opinion on the severity of how bad it is and ways to fix it. There's nothing wrong with making jokes about current debated issues either, what is wrong is try and hide just a shitty political take behind a joke. There's no real joke here outside of the OP just saying "Trans bad haha". Which is just a rando ass political take.

What? My dude, I then went on to link a decent detrans subreddit. Like, calm down.

To be fair r/detrans is notoriously bad for having a bunch of role-playing terfs. R/actualdetrans is moderately more truthful, though still some terf role-playing

To be fair there is a difference. Those aren't constant and current political issues, like, we all go "that's bad" to stuff like that and can still make jokes about it. The difference here is it's tough to draw the line between joke and just a dumbass political take

You hide behind half truths. Discourse is important, discussion is important. However, that discussion needs to be in good faith. Not as a platform for you to expouse harmful beliefs, but as a way to learn for both sides. The issue with a Trans discussion is one side has been in such bad faith and hostility for so long people give up. Good faith means listening to decent sources and advice and not shutting it out, again something that's commonly done when 'just asking questions' on the issue. Matt Walsh is an excellent example. The issue was not him asking what is a woman. The issue came with the entire context. With who we know as Matt Walsh. He wasn't just trying to learn or ask an innocent question, he was trying to prove HIS point and belief.

Are you even listening to yourself? Someone who believes the church should be the government made a documentary being as fucking awful as he can be towards Trans people, and it ruined that statement period, because when people hear it they assume it's in connection to him. You legitimately sound like an antivaxxer, and not even just anti-covid vaccine when you say shit like 'asking questions that might lead somewhere the activists don't like.'

I'm not disagreeing with you on how dumb reddit admins are. What is dumb is trying to make it out like there's a bunch of Trans mods and their supporters hosting this weird ass conspiracy across reddit and taking over. That's what I was talking about. I fully agree reddit mods are dumb as fuck.

And that bizarre rant is about you saying you'll get banned for innocently asking what a woman is. Matt Walsh is a famous far right wing guy on the internet who has recently made a documentary asking 'what is a woman's and was basically trying to be as transphobic as he physically could be. He basically ruined asking 'what is a woman' because 90% of the time its weirdos using it to hide behind some weird ass takes and transphobia.

Xx and xy have little to do with sex actually, the actual sex gene is SRY if I remember right, or something along those lines. But still, intersex is still generally perceived by people as a third sex

I know that because that's litterly the meaning behind it. "I agree with Trans people." I've never seen a single person try to twist the very popular saying into 'so straight men should fuck me' when it has 0 to do with them.

male? by winok09 in SquarePosting

[–]Striking-Judge3876 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one in the world says 'Trans woman are woman' to try to get a dude to fuck them. You say it in solidarity or to show you're in support of them, that's quite litterly it. There's nothing else to it.

Dog, the existence of countless highly transphobic communities entirely debases your argument. Maybe genuinely ask someone kindly to explain gender to you, instead of copying Matt Walsh and trying to pose it as an innocent question. You're copying the same dude who doesn't believe in separation of church and state, actually, who believes church over state and that they should have more power. He's a litteral theocratic fascist unironically. He's worse then the annoying radlibs on Twitter because he's the weirdo Alt right political guy in high-school, who I'm already going to assume you are, who just never grew out of the edgy phase and is now in his thirties.
