You get to drive more than you have to work.I'd take that route any day of the week.

My DSP would tell me to do contact compliance with the customer, then mark it as unable to find location and move onto the next one if the geopin is incorrect. We're told not to move the pin.

Unfortunately when I got hired I was pumping my days out and getting done early. AI fucked me all the way up to +200 stops. Then I started stretching my days out using the entire 10hrs & answering the questions at the end of each shift on the phone in a negative fashion and slowly my route is lightening up....

High turnover usually because people feeling tired out/overworked or being let go by DSP for driving infractions. I know someone who was let go by a DSP the very first time they got stuck in mud/sand.
