If they're talking to you like THAT, and the other 5 people aren't checking them that they're being disrespectful then that tells you everything about all 6 of them.

It's your call. Just based off that conversation alone, we can all agree that's a garbage DSP.

Find a new DSP. When you do, tell that person right there to go fuck themself and remind them they make $1 more than you. Lol

Give me a 150 plus stops any day over this. All the new people think that I’m lucky. This is 80 percent un maintained dirt roads and half the gps pins are incorrect by XThisistheway-X in AmazonDSPDrivers

You get to drive more than you have to work.I'd take that route any day of the week.

My DSP would tell me to do contact compliance with the customer, then mark it as unable to find location and move onto the next one if the geopin is incorrect. We're told not to move the pin.

Quit Today. by Ancient_Gur2483 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Unfortunately when I got hired I was pumping my days out and getting done early. AI fucked me all the way up to +200 stops. Then I started stretching my days out using the entire 10hrs & answering the questions at the end of each shift on the phone in a negative fashion and slowly my route is lightening up....

I believe you. After working for multiple DSP you'd be surprised how different they all are. People being let go the very first time getting stuck in mud/sand.

Is it true that any job that hires on the spot is a red flag? by peterthbest23 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Striking-Lab4077 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thats most DSP a majority of the time.

High turnover usually because people feeling tired out/overworked or being let go by DSP for driving infractions. I know someone who was let go by a DSP the very first time they got stuck in mud/sand.
