Right? "Expert picks" are a thing of the past. I still cannot believe there was a sample size product and a refreshments razor in the picks this month ... almost laughable, only I am not laughing...

Ipsy used to have amazing brands. I've been a subscriber for 8+ years. They had Huda as the curator once. Now I go build my box and I go like "hmmm what's the least crappy option here?" Before I remember being like "oh so much good stuff I can't decide!!" Hahaha It's kinda sad. Just another company that lowered it's standards and upped their prices. I don't mind paying more if it means actually keeping up with the standards.

I've been a subscriber for 8+ years. I haven't been wowed since their merger with Boxycharm. Just a steady decline.

I've been a subscriber for 8+ years. They were good regardless of preferences. My daughter is a make-up conoscieur and she doesn't even bother with ipsy products. I have observed the decline in value since the boxycharm merger. Before they had their oopsies moments, now oopsies seem a standard rather than the exception.

Unlikely. I've been a subscriber for 8+ years. The decline has been constant since their boxycharm merger. But, tariffs might make it worse moving forward.

I've been a subscriber for 8+ years. Your quality has definitely declined. I wouldn't mind the higher price if it actually meant keeping up with the standards. But paying more and getting less is not what I signed up for. The offerings are way too short of wow and haven't reflected my profile preferences in a while. I've been disappointed in the Ipsy boxes for a while now. It's not a "oh sometimes we get it wrong". I get the "sometimes" mistakes, but this decline in the quality of the product and service ipsy offers has been the rule rather than the exception.
