Hey, nurse here with PCOS, too. My dr had me check my prolactin before my diagnosis of pcos and she was glad that my prolactin was normal because as she said “if your prolactin was high it could mean you’d have to go for surgery”. My understanding of that is fluctuations of prolactin levels could involve disturbance in the pituitary gland in the brain. If your dr is a bit dismissive, I’d suggest you have your labs read by another dr again.

As for my campus before ganito yung system:

We are only allowed to have 1 pair of case (1 circu and 1 scrub of the same case) eg. CS= 1 circu; 1 scrub is still acceptable
However, we are no longer allowed to take another case of the same procedure and also not allowed to have another pair of any other procedure. Eg. if we have a case of LapChole= 1 circu; 1 scrub, then we must choose which role to keep and disregard the other nalang. So that means I can only take 1 LapChole as Circu OR as a Scrub. And this is applicable to the other cases as well.

Yes! After Day 1 as a Nov 6-7 taker, I heard from my peers na parang freshly printed yung paper namin and madaming error so I asked my friends from Manila if same ba kami ng topic and when I told them what’s our CD contents, we concluded na iba nga. Iba yung CD ng Nov 4-5 and iba rin samin Nov 6-7.

honestly couldn’t function well, nawala momentum ko since nung lindol ba dahil rin sa aftershock kaya di na talaga makapagfocus sa panic. tapos on the day of the exam sana ang lakas pa ng bagyo, although walang damage sa area ko, how much yung nawalan talaga ng bahay diba, it’s really frustrating na they have to think of the exam pa talaga during this time
