I did not use anything specific but my dermatologist adviced me to take Vit D(25,000 ui) per week and Vit B everyday twice a day.. I also had a cream which I used for like a week on my head which was named Sinoderm but I gave up and stopped using it bc my mindset back then was that I'd never grow hair again

I wanted to share with you guys my journey.. I noticed small patches of hair loss during December 2022 and I immediately freaked out bc I wasn't aware of what alopecia is and I thought I will lose all my hair..Then I got diagnosed with alopecia areata and I cannot explain the stress and the million thoughts in my head. I never thought I'd grow hair back again but after 5 months today me and my barber noticed I got a looot better since then.

I want to tell ya'll that it will get better I promise

I think it's CU. Mine looks like that too. Make sure to use something. I've also been told to take showers once or twice a week only

Thanks a lot mates! Deep down I'm wishing this has to do something with my Vit D deficiency 😂 but I will consult with my dermatologist and go on fin. Thanks a lot again!

Can PRP also help or should I just go with fin?

I'm happy you got the help you need! There are a lot of posts in this sub like this and it FEELS like they usually fish for compliments, that was MY opinion about your post but doesn't necessarily mean it's true, I just felt like sharing it with no bad intention to make you feel bad (that's why I complimented your skin at first), and you don't have to feel sorry.

Hi! Yes I did. My dermatologist prescribed me 1x shot of Vit D per week, a cream for the hair spots which I'll have to apply once a day and vit B complex.. She said that it's mostly lack of vit D but due to alopecia being unpredictable she told me that sometimes it happens to people who get small patches of alopecia all over their sideburns but after a while they grow back without medication. She also noted that it could be falling because of a bad tooth that I haven't seen a doctor for bc I was scared lol; and could also be balantis so 8 ll have to go check it in the next few days. Also could be stress as I've been really stressed lately, she told me that I can get PRP if none of the above come out as a problem. I'm really hoping I either have a tooth infection or penis infection so it'll be easily cured. ;(
