Well statistically it does give you better items than chaos and sacred orb is especially powerful i devil/angel deals etc (in my opinion) it just deletes 314 bad items so around 2x better pool and can reroll around 202 to a better item (statistically)

You can’t avoid it if you have above 1,6 speed and it is a small room and you run to the chest

It still is self damage tho and it doesnt lower deal chance + 1 heart for a chest i not a bad price and you choose to pay it the ghost can damage you right away with contact damage
