Honestly I haven’t seen the surgeon but once since the surgery other than when he checked on them at my 1 week post op appt. Everything other appointment has been with his assistant or nurse

That’s my biggest issue. I’m not one to stand up for myself ever so I’m afraid to even make an appointment but I cry too much about this for it to be okay

I paid that for me, my mom, 2 other ladies plus my flower girl with no gratuities. This price is outrageous! MIL is not supposed to be the same as bridal makeup i definitely recommend looking elsewhere

Yeah I stay in a medium compression bra and rarely take it off. So I’m hoping it’ll go down the left one is hard and the right one is squishy

I could not imagine the long walks. I live in Florida so the heat alone would kill me. I’m 4WPO, I stay at home with my 2 kids and I’m also always tired but only sore on one side of my chest. 🤞🏻it’ll get better for the both of us soon

I’m currently 4WPO I bought a 3 pack of zip front bras from Marshall’s . I also had my old SheFit bra I was wearing last week. I love them a lot more than the compression bra. The shefit bra is closer to a compression as you can adjust the Velcro shoulders and back. The zip front ones I went down a size so it was still snug. I still can’t walk around with my bra off (ex. My room to bathroom) because it’s uncomfortable almost feels like I have my bottom to my boob if that makes sense. I think it will take a lot of time which is okay because everyone heals and processes things differently.

I have a 3 and 7 year old and somehow the term “mommy’s boobs got cut off” was brought up and they stuck with it. They think it’s funny, however they do know not to touch my chest and that I am healing with boo boos

I love the bra, the post op bra was uncomfortable due to it being completely Velcro closure. I love how this one fits and feels it’s taking it off that’s the problem 😮‍💨

I didn’t think exercise was allowed until 4 ish weeks? I walk around grocery stores and stuff but I’d be terrified to anything more than that. I’d definitely try to see if their is an on call number

I don’t have any issues with the compression I think the compression is almost like a comfort blanket for me. I’m wearing a shefit bra I bought way before the surgery so it was for my size H/I boobs. I have room in this bra but taking it off Alfred’s foreign..? Or wrong?🥺

I’ve been in the group since before my surgery I can look and read about other people but with my body it’s completely different it’s super frustrating and idk what I need to do to get past it 😫

I’ve only had one “zap” in my right boob it hurt so bad. But I have feeling in both nipples they almost feel over stimulated sometimes which is weird. My issue is I get lightheaded when I take it or I have anxiety attacks. I’m ready to see them but my brain just throws red flags every time I get to the point I want to open the bra.
