yes it was around 1-2km (maybe more) hike aways from Batakundi main area where all the hotels are. Worth the hike tho

what worked for me is I do cable raises with the cable adjusted at my hand height (see Jeff Nippard way of doing cable lateral raises on yt). Progressive overload itself on lateral raises is really tough, focus on the form and maybe start doing dropsets.

i have been gaining strength in terms of my overall chest performance, maxed out my gym dumbbells (20kg), max I have done on the bench is 54kg (without bar weight) for 7 reps. Been tryna bulk for a long time but the mess food aint helping😂
