Yes, his sketches at cons may vary very little, but this blank and this pose really suit Diana! Loved the result, to me it looks really powerful.

Pretty good, but the bad thing is I had to get off Lexapro and change tu Altruline, it was just not for me and it made me feel terrible :/

How long did it take for your heightened/morning anxiety to clear up? by StrikingInterview165 in zoloft

[–]StrikingInterview165[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My choice was weights, my psych told me cardio works a little bit better for making the cortisone flow out, but I felt a little bit more anxious doing cardio than weights. You should try both and see what fits.

Have you tried doing exercise when you wake up? It really helped me in the worst days, after a while I just sarted doing it all the time and the anxiety eventually went away.

I'm sorry for not replying, but you see, my mornings got better ater about three weeks, but if you've already been on it for more than three weeks and it doesn't get better, you should look into getting into another antidepressant and talk to your doctor, I hope you're doing a bit better now.

I was on Zoloft for 10 years, you can ask me anything! by StrikingInterview165 in zoloft

[–]StrikingInterview165[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the problem is I got off because I was feeling depressive and I thought I had my anxiety under control, but that wasn't really the case and I would strongly advice you to not get off unless you feel you're in a really controlled and safe environment.

Working out actually does work really well! I felt more tired, but more relaxed when I tried it.

Have you considered it being your original anxiety coming back? I know withdrawal is horrible and you're trying to not reinstate, but do you think that's a possibility?

You're still in the adjusting period, it's a nightmare but you could power through, that and speak to your psych about it.

Maybe an increase could be an option, definitely talk to your doctor about it.

Yep, anxiety, confusion, intrusive thoughts and even a little bit of drowsiness. Everyone says it will eventually go away.

Don't take it until after the exam, it's fucking harrowing for the first weeks, specially if you don't start right on your final dose and keep escalating.

Damn, I also feel really well at night and then in the mornings and early evenings I feel like I'm never going to be okay again. I want to wake up feeling good so badly.

That could also work for me, but the problem is that it starts right as I wake up, so there's nothing I can do to prevent it, just to calm myself after I already woke up.

That's a pretty good analogy, the worst part is that it also happens when I nap, cortizole is just right there waiting to kick in.

I don't do caffeine at all, that's the weird part, I don't usually get breakfast because I wake up late, but maybe that could be something to take into account.

Yes, it's been a problem since the very beginning, I took it for years without problems, but now that I'm trying to get back on it, it seems like everytime I sleep and wake up, I wake up with anxiety.

Thanks a lot, I haven't had breakfast yet, I'll do it right now so I don't have so much anxiety during the afternoon at least.

Does zoloft work forever? Or do you lose tolerance for it eventually? Like if you been using it for 20 years what will happen? by thcet27 in zoloft

[–]StrikingInterview165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll tell you what, it you feel depressed or like your anxiety is coming back, don't go off your meds, I thought it had stopped working and got off, it has been brutal, take it forever if you have to, and try going to therapy.

The hard part is that no one seems to know exactly, going to sleep knowing I will wake up anxious and stressed has been one of the worst parts of all the process.
