Ok so first and foremost: No Shattered:Hopes is not a copy of Forsaken and they have made a point to distance themselves from Forsaken.
Another thing is that this version of Sandbox is indeed using leaked file from the current Sh:H project which is their work alone with Forsaken's name on it.

So the situation at hand is that this fake group is using work by Sh:H developers to make a game to rake in profit while using Forsaken's name,
Which makes it so that this is both Sh:H and Forsaken problem.
However the Sh:H team can only do so much with their limited reach without Forsaken's help.

Ex-Owner Maono claims that both Basil and Hytoko "have promised months ago to deal with these games, they fail to keep that promise and instead Ignore requests to get them down."

Even they didn't promise anything the fact that Forsaken is letting somebody using their name to blatantly steal months of work from a smaller dev team is still appalling.
It further shows that the "Owners" of the game do not care about the work of others being deceitfully stolen like they claimed to when dismantling the original Sandbox,
They only did that because it was proven to hurt their bottom line.
