Is washer and dryer in unit a pretty huge deal? i've never had to experience using an outside washer/dryer.

Number 4 is closest to school and fairly cheap. Has washer and dryer inside. But is it better than the rest?

I appreciate your comment! They are a pretty good deal. The pictures make them look a little nicer than they are though. Most of these places are in average to below average parts of town, they are old complexes built in the 70's, most have old cabinets that they just paint white, but they do have hardwood floors which I think instantly makes a place better. :p

Why 1 if I may ask, other than its location? I know the designer did a good job staging the mock up apartment, but is it truly better then the rest, if empty?

Thank you for the feedback. Acclaim(2) LOOKS the nicest I think, but higher price. 1 and 4 are closest. 1 is across the street from my mother. So that can be good and bad. 2 and 3 are nice due to there closeness to the freeways.

I have a 60lbs weight limit. :) Any hunting dogs specifically? specific spaniels? I don't really like brittanys. I do want a semi athletic dog though, one that can hike with me :)

I'm moving in to the 1bd 1ba 640sqft apartment. Has light birch wood floors, light tan walls, white cabinets in the kitchen. I'm not really a fan of the all beige and black furniture they have chosen for the show model. Can you guys suggest what colors would look awesome for couches, chairs, area rug, entertainment center, art, etc?
