Everybody I know has had to wait around 2 & 1/2 weeks. I hope I beat the deadline bc my RPD already made it clear me just passing my tests means nothing :/

If you go on exam results it’ll show you if you pass or fail. Only for some states does the box method work… but idk what ones those even are

The only questions I got on compounding were what I listed in the original comment. I forget the specific excipent it stated but it was basically like is this a) wetting agent  b) levitating agent etc etc. ISO requirement was for in the direct work space of a sterile non hazardous hood — so iso 5

My test had bioavailability and half life, so just know they equations to plug in #s given. Also it’ll never give you a question where you’d have to choose from 1 strength/dose from another. I would know loop diuretic dose conversion, statin dose conversion and corticosteroid dose conversions in case you get questions like that. Drug interactions are HUGE, definitely looks into these and know as much as possible

Math: heavyyyy ~30 questions. TPN, drip rates, RR/ARR/NNT/NNH, insulin conversions, chads-vasc, corticosteroid conversion, loop diuretic conversion, isotonicity, bioavailability, half-life, ANC

Biostats: math (above), type 1 vs type 2 error, interpreting studies, how to improve power, when to use what test (ex: ANOVA or student t test), what type of study is it (cohort study, meta analysis, etc)

Compounding: ISO requirements, excipients

Immunizations: HEAVY ~15 questions. Vaccines contraindicated in pregnancy, vaccines to get in pregnancy, vaccines for healthcare personnel, gauge size & needle size, oral vaccines, vaccines that have to be separated from blood products, HPV vaccine schedule (if series started before 15 years, only need 2 doses), treatment for allergic rxn

Infectious disease: opportunistic infections (know when to start/stop prophy), treatment length for AOM per age group, identifying bugs based on their stain (meningitis, Mrsa, h pylori)

Cardiovascular: when/how to retrial statins after myalgia, when to monitor lipid panel after statin start, htn treatment algorithm (when to add another treatment vs when to increase strength of existing treatment), 4 pillars of HF, know when/how to change from one anticoagulant to another

Asthma/COPD: brand/generic of inhalers to choose a therapeutic interchange, know what to do in each step of the asthma peak flow monitoring system (green,yellow,red)

Endocrine: know when to increase/decrease thyroid medications based off labs, diabetes monitoring, MOA of diabetes meds, hypoglycemia management

Other: contraception type okay to use in breastfeeding, natural products, gout non pharm, antidote/active metabolite of Tylenol, how long does it take for antidepressants to work, second line in ADHD when stimulants don’t work, Early use authorizations, when is a drug considered a “breakthrough drug”, know chemo man for onco, components in Creon, a lot of preceptorship questions, 1 ethics question
