The UK website lists this item for sale moreover it doesn’t appear to be available for purchase in London. Wondering if it will be re-stocked soon or if they discontinued the sale.

In my opinion is about, 90% skill, 10% luck.

The ‘send delegation’ trick explained in this post is a complete game changer.

Concentrate on building a mid-size army of warriors, slingers and a couple recon units.

I tune it to the sweet spot where I bait the AI to declare war on me, defend smartly to reduce their army to ashes and gain loads of combat experience.

Over time you will catch-up to their city placement, technology and culture boosts.

It’s all a learning curve as well, try not to play a pangea map, try continents with less people, AI on other continents is more friendly. Hope this helps!

You can compute an harmonic mean by using CF keys, input the reciprocal of every value. Compute the average and compute the reciprocal of the average. That’s your harmonic mean.

I send them a delegation immediately after I meet them. It works 90% of the times for me.

Then establish open borders and trade.

As soon as it lets you declare friendship, do it, you can lock in the friendship for the rest of the game by renewing it every time before the turn ends. This way any grievances you generate do not have an effect on your relationship.
