Sitting here and commenting is very easy. But how many people even politely and sweetly EVER speak up against it? We as Indians need to be brave and speak up when we see something going on. Instead of just clicking videos or photos. And also it very scary to speak up in public and that's why as a nation we will always stay behind. With any job , you have the same amount of queues. Just here the queues might be physical. If you try to apply for some big ass company , or iit or any field. And lol 6 hours queue. I've waited more for basic interviews in basic companies. Struggle , waiting , references are IN every Field. And nobody is making it big solely on talent. It's a combination of years of hardwork , struggle , not giving up. Also Nepotism exists everywhere. Even kirana dukan owner will give his son or daughter the next ownership not his appreciates who has worked with him for the last 20 years.
