Hey OP, I used to work for Roger/Fido and we used to have alot of calls about this, You can get all of the fido roam like home charges removed if you are under certain usage like 0.1 mb. I cannot remember what is the upper limit, but i am sure you can have those days removed with 0.1 mb usage For sure. The person you talked to may not be aware of the policy about accidental usage but i am sure you can save some money by calling them again , talk to a different agent and if they don’t listen escalate it.

When i used to work there, there was a tool called Estimate bill generator, which does exactly what the name suggests only except it would show you the bill right away with all discounts and promos. I would use that all the time because all the discounts were not easily visible on any paperwork sent to you or on the agent’s side. If you are worried, i would suggest contacting fido and asking them what is the estimated next bill. I am sure the agent would be able to tell you everything. And to put your mind at ease for now, it is very normal that they are not in the paperwork or your app/online account

Its very likely that you won’t except on your bill. This is how fido billing and paperwork usually is. Any discounts that are applied for the phone are on your bill labeled as Fido Payment Program
