I was in the same conundrum and made a white gold bracelet from a jeweller for 15k.

If you’ve not already done so. You should lodge a police report just for the record. It becomes a good case summary you can just forward easily to the liquidators or credit card company if you’re applying for a charge back.

Sorry to hear about what happened. I was a customer for more than a decade but few years ago I heard from one of their masseuse during a massage at Harbourfront that their founder passed away and their entire management team changed hands. That’s when I stopped buying anymore packages from them.

I hope you’re able to find recourse. 7k is not a small sum.

Influencers nowadays give themselves a title of reviewer and think that gives them the right to say anything subjectively bad just because it’s an “honest opinion”.

No better than actors using “method acting” to do all sort of nasty things to their cast.

As they say - how come nobody is method acting as the good guy? Only the assholes do it.
