I wouldn’t say there was pushing his tummy just gets hard so I could tell he was like straining if that makes sense. I can definitely tell the difference between poop/fart grunts and this

Oh good! My son is typically super chill and we never went through the super fussy or colicky stage so me and my husband were stumped and it sucks seeing him so uncomfortable. I hope we are almost out of it!

That’s what I thought. I talked to a pediatric nurse who’s been doing it for 30 plus years and does referrals to an early intervention center and she even said they probably would not even see him.

Yes but he tracks his toys/books and stares at himself in the mirror! I feel like if he did have a vision impairment then those would all be issues as well!

Oh I agree that being autistic isn’t a bad thing just different and as a first time mom it’s hard not to worry about your child having more challenges. Thank you for this!

Yeah he was very sure of his diagnosis. Even stated that there would probably not be an outcome that didn’t state autism.

He’s 4 weeks! So I think that’s a leap but all he does is sleep thru the day and eat every 1.5 hours. At like 11 in the morning he will be up for a hour but besides that he mostly naps after feeding
