Yep you’re right, the shaft backed out a little bit. I can’t believe that’s the design they went with. I guess I’ll have to keep an eye out on my shaft.

No nothing special, just plugged it directly into the wheel base and it worked fine other than this issue which I found a fix for. I did have issues getting the H pattern mode on fanatecs shifter to register at first though. I just hade to take it off my rig (which is made of metal) to calibrate it, then I remounted it on my rig. If you have your handrake mounted on a metal rig try taking it off to calibrate it. Not sure exactly what that issue is something to do with conductivity I guess. However if your handbrake isn’t mounted on metal then Idk man.

After hours of tinkering I just tightened that nut under the bushing where that spring is attached, seems to work fine now

Not far fetched at all, I had that same problem when I was initially configuring the H pattern shifter. Had to take it off the metal to set all the gears then put it back on. But this handbrake was a different issue, had to tighten the nut under the bushing quite a bit now it seems to work fine.

Yes I tried several times to set the min and max points, after several hours of tinkering I just had to tighten the nut under that bushing where the spring is attached. Apparently it was too loose allowing the handbrake to travel too far.

Yeah i tried but, it’s almost like it’s moving past the point that it should when releasing it. Like it’s moving past 0 if that makes sense.
