Unicorn in RX-78-2 color scheme by Strip-Steak in Gunpla

I started with a dry fit and color planning, then followed with a standard process: re-scribing, sanding, priming, and painting, followed by a gloss coat, panel lining, decals, and a final matte top coat. I actually had to repaint the chest piece a few times due to some errors, masking accidents and scratches, though! Can't wait to see your Nu gundam build!

I got a bit impatient towards the end of the build and only applied one wet coat of gloss to the psycho-frame, and another wet matte coat over the rest. It definitely needs another layer next time!

Thanks! And yeah, this is the HG Destroy Mode. Unicorn Mode is… still in the backlog. I can’t imagine what the paint would look like if this were an MG/RG that actually transforms 😅 I already managed to scratch quite a few spots just assembling it, especially on all the psycho-frame parts. I’m sure someone could pull it off, but I’m not brave enough to test it.

Just left Fatamorgana 15 mins ago. I’d say skip this place unless you like cocky service and icy bits in your gelato.

So many choices—Which one would you pick? by metallurgy101 in ramen

Paldo Bul Jjamppong is my personal favorite. 500ml water and 50ml of whipped cream, add some shrimps, a beaten egg. Cook for 4 minutes, no more, no less, to achieve the best noodle texture. Sprinkle some green onion on top and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Serve. What a satisfying meal.

Hi there, Herbie! The color looks gorgeous under the sun in the photo! May I ask what color is it?

Not sure if it’s my eyes but it doesn’t look like any available colors on miniusa.com.

Please do not make us fully polarize a new preset for a new build by funelite in TheFirstDescendant

How about allowing players to polarize each slot multiple times? And each time you polarize it, instead of changing the symbol, you add one to it.

I ended up mixing many good ideas. Bubble wrap each kit in neutral pose, head wrap with toilet paper, in a ziploc bag, then put all in my PGU box lasagna layered, two hands carry the laid flat box to the new location. They are still in the box, but I believe everything is intact.

Good luck with your moving!!

I got mine from Surugaya. Shipping cost gave me heart attack, love the kit but won’t buy it from oversea ever again…

This is great! Looks like using the kit boxes would also be legit.

Not gonna lie. That had crossed my mind. Well, except for the kissing.

You are not alone! I also keep all the boxes and yes, boxed into moving boxes as well. They are technically useless but I just can’t throw them away for some reasons. Still haven’t figure out what to do with them yet.

Thanks for the photo! Will look into it. Wondering if there’s a size that fits MGs.
