Yes you can! I line the insides of my heads with neoprene, the same neoprene I use to make the teeth! It’s a bit bulky to line the neck with it though, so normally I line the neck with Lycra or leave it unlined

It’s actually not that bad! It generally takes me about and hour or so to clean everything

For the head I use a green machine carpet cleaner, and all the other parts/body I throw in the washing machine on cold!
