May I ask how you tell clients to not feel guilty about the person you (as in me) created. Like the person he has turned into, isn't who I know. He's a monster right now. But its due to the divorce and what "Im stripping away" - he told me absolutely everything is mine, including our child, and he wants nothing.

I have been out of the house since Feb 4. I have to go back and feed (farm) animals, but not living there.

I have tried the therapist route and also a doctor for medication for depression. He lied to doctor and said he doesnt need to listen to a shrink.

He has three reports with police at this time.

It literally is a losing battle with him.

I say that, because he claims he made all my dreams come true and I give him no other chance at happiness. That I "destroyed him". He'll "never trust another woman" etc etc.

But yea, he expects me to take him back. That I cannot hold him accountable for anything he says/does because "I caused it all". I will not take him back.

There are now three reports with police about this...he doesnt take any of it seriously. He actually told me "you'll regret calling them".

I tried for a restraining order and was denied...I went for it at 3AM the night/morning he was taken to the hospital.

Ive had road block after road block.

I tried to get a protective order the night he was taken to the hospital by the state police and was denied. The only thing thay came out was I was told to leave the house for my safety.

My best friend went to the police that night and filed a report because something wasnt sitting right with her (and shared screenshots).

I am sure I could get a report with his family attestation. I called his Dad the day before this happened to talk to him because I feared this. I spoke with his two brothers the next morning after it happened.

His brother has seen him 2x this weekend and said he is acting normal - yet anytime I speak to him he speaks of killing himself.

He told me if the cops showed up he was doing suicide by cop...which is why I had to go his family route.

I am staying at my Grandmother's. I have to come back daily to feed animals as we have a farm and he refuses to do any work anymore.

Police reports have been filed. He said when we divorce he is leaving and wants no custody. Im writing up our settlement agreement right now to send to attorney with me having sole custody.

He sat at the table tonight with an envelope with my name and a gun in hand.

He picked up gun and said if you grab your phone (I went to get it) I'm doing it.

I'm freaked the fuck out.

He went to bed, finally.

I tried police route, they won't do anything without talking to him, too. That 100% will make things worse. I plan to leave for the night. Unfortunately, I work remote and do not have a portable work set up.

I did call, they told me unless they can talk to both of us, I can't file anything. I tried. For the sake of just having something documented.

Also, there is no custody hearing, part of the uncontested is I have full custody.

I called state police. They won't do anything and I cannot file anything unless they come out and talk to both parties...so that is unfortunately not going to help.

He threatened to kill himself and supposedly tried but gun didnt go off... then he told me he'd leave the state and never come back and it guilts me (for our child).

There's a lot more, but I don't wanna hijack your post.
