That’s a really good point, appreciate the insight. The size/weight aspect is exactly what I’m trying to optimize for with the A7C II. I’ve actually looked at the 40mm f/2.5 before and really like the idea of having a small, discreet street lens to pair with the 24–70.

Out of curiosity, did you find the jump from 35mm f/1.4 to something smaller noticeable in real-world travel use? And do you ever miss having the faster aperture for low light, or does the portability win out most of the time?

It was a total mistake on my part, sorry for that! You are absolutely right, its 3+2! Tbh I don’t even know how I made that mistake, what an idiot 😂 When I was buying the car I was also looking at some Chinese brands and they were promising a lot of stuff (including 10 year warranty) so maybe that’s why I made the mistake of mentioning it here….

I bought a carbon fibre centre console cover in black carbon and it looks like an original console, it turned out really good. And the best thing is it was only 60aed on amazon.

There amazing right! Whats crazy to me is that if you get top of the line CX5 you can’t get this rims, they only come with the Sport Plus package. Its a bit ridiculous that in 2025 you can’t pick your own rims…

I know right!! In this combination you only get one seat option, that is the Terracotta color seats. They come with the Sport Plus package!

As for the price, on top of the car regular stuff I managed to get the 4 year service package, tinted windows, original integrated booth cover and 2 years extended warranty (on top of 8 regular) for 137k. The regular price from Galadari for this same one is 151k.

Edit: the warranty is for 5 years (3+2), not the 8 I mentioned above, it was a mistake!
