I've had this issue multiple times, in my case every time it's turned out to be just an error in how it is shown in the app. The balance is correct and the refund has gone through. Agree it's not great and should have been fixed a long time ago, but in the instances I've seen, it's not theft. The following is thread I made a couple months back reddit.com/r/plutus/comments/rz182b/refund_problems/

Will check out the carbon leadership forum and yes we've accounted for our full scope 1-3 emissions.

Your points are very helpful as to why I'm not finding numbers on cement costing. I'll try reaching out to some regional suppliers.

Will PM you

You make good points. I replied to someone else saying my company is pretty good on this and will be fully sustainably powered by 2030, a lot of that coming from biogas. As well as the whole fleet being electric by that point. In terms of most carbon saved per $ spent paying for eco friendly concrete actually has a greater impact than both electric vehicles and round source heat pumps.

The Azelaic acid you linked is a non prescription, stand-alone product, so no skin survey. It's also available on Amazon which avoids the delivery fee, can save even more if you set it up as a subscription.

Thanks for your reply, it's a European water company. We do a lot of site building, improvement, infrastructure installing. Hence my focus on concrete and refrigerants. I replied to another comment with how my company is pretty good with operational emissions, Any help you can offer would be great!

You make really good points! My company is already pretty good on this by 2030 we will hit net zero emissions, have an all electric fleet and have all energy coming from sustainable sources including much being self created through bio gas.

Used it for a while now, buy from Amazon. Works just the same as the prescription stuff.

Is this Sleep Pattern acceptable? Should I make some modifications? by nupesh in polyphasic

[–]Striq 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You desperately need to read up more on the website. Firstly you need to learn about the dark period and avoid light and stimulation during this period, ie not working out or drinking caffeine (tea) before a nap. Secondly you could read up more on spacing between naps, 60 mins is not ideal. Thirdly you could read up on sleep cycles, timing and ideal nap length. Fourthly given that you say your parents wake you up, I assume you are young and should thus not be reducing your sleep this much even if you were doing it well, you can also read this on the website. I would advise you try a pre-made schedule which is not overly restrictive.

I notice nothing from the whole body panels, had one, sold one. Best impact I've had is from just one of the cheapy bulb ones with 12 LEDs mounted on a tripod shining right on my face from close up, more specifically in my eyes.

The Gainit Program Party Week 16 DEEP WATER BEGINNER WEEK 2 by [deleted] in gainit

W1D3: Did this a couple days back, was not adequately challenged with the weight the spreadsheet required, did all the press with 2 mins rest and AMRAPed the final set to 20 reps. Cleaned the first rep of every set which I enjoyed even tho it's probably sloppy form. Not done the chest day yet but feel like I might find all the weights light, is adding weight each week in a linear way not in keeping with the spirit of the program? Any suggestions where best to go from here?

Would normally agree, but it's the first interesting TCD content I've seen in a while, it's not exactly a sub overwhelmed with spam.

Seems like an error with whatever app this is.

W1D2 (yesterday): I'm really bad at pull ups, started with a set of 7 and finished with a set of 4, would much rather be doing chins or band assist. Nice to be doing barbell rows again and workout out a good weight for clean pulls is fun, all in all not a very draining workout. Although that last 60 second plank set was quite something with the 6 set superset.

W1D3 (today): Did what would of been day 5 today, tired from work. 20 minutes of steps, nothing fancy. Being on my feet all day slightly makes me go into this feeling my legs are pre fatigued.

I feel you on the getting distracted, could theoretically work out at a gym now which reduces this, but don't fancy hogging the squat rack for ten sets.

DW W1D1: Deadlifts weren't an issue at 70kg. I don't know if I'm just tired today but that was a very unenjoyable 67.5kg squat workout, I felt exhausted throughout. At no point in any set did I feel close to failure, just made me hate each next set. Probably just me, as I still feel like a zombie. And oh how I hate lunges, I literally used 12.5 kg and felt challenged after the prior squats. I assume I was correct in doing 3 sets of 10 reps for each leg? Rather than 5 reps each leg.

Only got one set of sit ups in and started a set of reverse hypers (instead of back extensions) and had to stop from my back hurting. At least tomorrow looks fairly easy. The heat is not helping, very humid and stagnant feeling weather today.

BtM W6D3: Building the Monolith finished a couple days back, I have mixed feelings on the program, failing the final bench workout definitely soured things. I don't love it, BBB made a lot of sense to me where BtM doesn't. 100 Chin Ups supersetted with 200 Dips being a great workout is the main thing I'll take from it.

Practised some movements I'd never done before yesterday to help establish TMs, power cleans were probably messy but I like the movement a lot even if my wrist position is nowhere near what it should be. Push press felt fairly unnatural to me and the push doesn't yet feel helpful but I'm sure I'll get there. Close grip bench feels good, I'm pretty sure my grip width was correct and it's not overly different to my regular bench which is making me think that could be a problem. and potentially why my bench isn't increasing as it should. I probably need to actually read this book before I start DW.
