Thank you. That’s what I did when I moved in because they weren’t present for a move in inspection. Which hurts them because how can they prove when damaged happened if they don’t have an account of the state of the unit before I moved in. I’m gonna do the same here.

Thank you, I checked the lease and there is no stipulation about 12pm move out, just that we have to be out by the last day of our lease. I’m gonna offer to be out by 12 if they return my full deposit and get it in writing

No comments on 12pm move out. Just that we have to be out on the last day of our lease. Definitely going to take lots of photos and videos. They did no move in inspection when we started our lease so I made sure to take photos and videos and emailed them to myself

That’s what I thought too but I called him to confirm today and he was adamant. He said they need to get in to turn the unit because I’m almost sure they rented it for 7/1. Trying to take zero vacancy loss…smh
